Today’s Recipe: Brown Rice and Sprouted Lentils Salad

Today’s meal:
Brown rice soaked over night, rinsed and cooked for a short period, covered. Towards the end I added crumbled dried shitake mushrooms.
Meanwhile I slowly and lightly toasted a bunch of sesame seeds which I added on top. Later I’ll make the rest into gomachio.
